Dinkytown Rentals was started by Tim and Karen Harmsen in 1987 with the purchase of their first house. Today, they still own and operate that house... along with more than fifty others.
Dinkytown Rentals believes in what they call the three R's -- Respect, Reliablity, and Resourcefulness. We have made a commitment to improve the quality of off-campus housing in a positive way. This business is built on trust and performance; and is managed and operated in a professional manner. We have an attitude, of being a completely transparent operation, devoted to providing answers for all of your student housing needs. Furthermore, we strive to motivate and set an example for others to learn from.
Our principal goal is to take student housing into the next century by providing safe and state-of-the-art housing, while maintaining the historic nature of the area.
